    What do I do when I sale an item on Amazon

    The training is in the E-com Blue Print Program . You process the order at the supplier website and they will send it to your customers.


    I sold one item where the price changed on me. If I can't find it anywhere else for less, would you cancel the order or take a small loss on the order to make the customer happy?

    First try to find the item with a different supplier. It's best to fulfill the order even at a lost but that lost will be dependent on you. For example, $10 lost on a product, ok I will process the order. $100 lost on a product, I cancel the order.


    I can't log in to my account

    How can I tell if the product is incorrect (not the same)?

    Brand, Pictures, Size, Color, Model Number. Basically if you're not sure if the item is the same or not, it's not the same and it's incorrect that item.


    Do you ask for reviews from customers?

    Yes. Send them an message asking for a review after it's delivered. The reviews will help with more sales.

    If you've already created a ticket and just need to check the status of that ticket, simply enter the email address you used to create the ticket below and click the button.

    You can customize the header by uploading two separate files.

    The background image and goes from the left side to the right side or the screen.

    The header image should contain your companies logo and anything else you wish to put on it. It will lay on top of the background image.

    The header image should be 1138 pixels wide and the same height as the background.
    Anything smaller than 1138 pixels will work as well (It centered across the top.)
